3 new flavors! One comes out on top!

Alright! So I fully realize that the competition for these three special kind of chips has well finished and passed. (For those that don't know, I believe the Cheesy Garlic bread won.)

The review is late, but here no the less, and I am proud to say that I was able to sample all three flavors! Yay!

My personal favorite was the Sriracha, I am always more a fan of the spicy option though, so that's probably why. Now is the time to give my review on all of the chips however, so here we go:

CHICKEN AND WAFFLES:
The Chicken and Waffles, while being the most interesting and the flavor that i was more excited about trying, it disappointed. The chicken and waffle flavor was present. In fact it seemed a bit to present on the maple side. I could be crazy, but it seemed that in the making of the chip they might have lightly drizzled the chips with a coating of maple syrup, for when i opened the bag and tried to savor the nice crunch you look for in potato chips, i found the crunch was underwhelming and the chips; a bit soft. The chicken presence was there and the overall flavor of the chip was alright, but nothing to write home about.

Comments: Not really distraught that it lost.

CHEESY GARLIC BREAD:
The cheesy garlic bread, came in second place for me. While the flavors were all present and super delicious, the chip wasn't anything out of the ordinary. It was just a cheesy garlic chip. Yes, its taste in comparison to a bread of a similar title that you would find at your local Italian restaurant was virtually the exact same flavor, it was that original of an idea seeing as we've had cheesy chips and garlic chips before. Especially when you consider all of the weird and interesting flavors they have at the Walker's (the UK equivalent to Lay's) over in Europe.
So while the chip was good, and flavorful, i don't believe it should have won the competition seeing as the other two flavors were definitely more interesting.

Comments: Good chip! I'd buy it again.

SRIRACHA
The best of the three contenders!
The Sriracha chip was flavorful, delicious, original, and had a crunchy-ness that the Chicken and Waffles was lacking.

Comments: Kind of sad it lost. :(

Limited Edition Peppermint M&M's

Target's Limited Edition Peppermint White Chocolate M&M's

Target has recently been coming out with limited edition festive M&M's for all of their holidays and calling them "exclusive Target flavors." The only problem with calling them that is that previously, around Halloween, they came out with the 'exclusive' White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M that was available, not only at Target stores, but at Walgreens and CVS. Granted, the pouches were single serving and not the large bags that Target mass produces of the candy, but none the less, it was not an exclusive Target item.

One of the sole motivation I had towards wanting this product was that I had tried the Candy Corn White Chocolate M&M's that were previously mentioned, and I loved them. The second the Halloween candy went on sale i went to the nearest store selling them and bought all the leftovers they had. Seriously. I was addicted.

I was hoping that the Peppermint counterpart would be as delicious and amazing as the Candy Corn flavor had been. Though good, it wasn't nearly as satisfying for my sweet tooth.

The candy came in two colors, Red and White to go along with the festive colors that correspond with the Holiday Season. They size of the M&M's were significantly larger than that of the regular M&M's. Unnecessarily so, if you ask me. The candy was good, not amazing and not bad just average. The texture was like that of a regular M&M and the white chocolate, was combined with the peppermint flavor was virtually washed out by the stronger more relevant flavor.

It was a good buy all in all, and I'm happy that i was able to satisfy my curiosity and try the M&M's. If they weren't so large, I would have probably attempted to make a chocolate holiday cookie with them and pawn them off onto friends.

Score: 6.4/10
Would I buy them again? If they were on sale
Pros: It's festive, something to add to cookies, or put into a Holiday gift bag.
Cons: Would rather have an Andes Mint. Or just a Mint M&M....
